Professor Karl-Erik Lund, an expert on tobacco issues, says we need to unleash the alternatives to the dangerous cigarettes, snus and e-cigs, to reduce disease and death. KD's deputy party leader Jakob Forssmed thinks we should legislate against loneliness, because loneliness creates illness. The conversation is led by psychiatrist and senior physician David Eberhard.
