It is not possible to exercise yourself thin, but it is probably possible to swim yourself thin, if the water is cold enough. The best way to burn calories is to freeze and release your own brown fat. You can eat meat and fat without worrying, but you should skip the carbohydrates. Fredrik Nyström is a researcher on obesity and diabetes and a doctor of internal medicine who challenges all established truths.
