15. Everyone is their own health coach

Influencer, blogger and author Katrin Zytomierska considers herself to have introduced LCHF to Sweden, when she started eating fat and gave up pasta and bread almost 10 years ago. Erik Hörstadius recently discovered that without carbohydrates he feels great and is losing weight. In a conversation about their own bodies and what is true and false about LCHF, weight loss, sugar-free soft drinks and fasting, two former fatties try to describe how they managed to find a way of eating that allows them to maintain a low weight and feel good.
