To eat or not to eat - dietary advice for real people

Food can also be a way to build the perfect body and maximise muscles or get more beautiful skin and hair. What you eat, or even better, what you don't eat, is a form of identity.

Lena Andersson's entertaining and accurate essay is about the individual's lonely struggle, at best with, at worst against, his or her own body and health, and about the state's impossible and probably increasingly erroneous task of getting us all to eat properly.
