Internship at EPHI in spring 2026

Internship at Tankesmedjan EPHI VT2026

About EPHI

The Environment and Public Health Institute (EPHI) is a non-profit, non-partisan think tank and meeting place that addresses the environmental and health problems of our time. We do so based on the conviction that free enterprise, economic growth, new technologies and citizens' free choices are not threats to our environment and health, but on the contrary a prerequisite for the same.

EPHI is a small organization that brings together a large network of academics, entrepreneurs and opinion leaders. We work to get our messages out in as many channels as possible. We publish reports, organize seminars and talks in both the Swedish Parliament and the European Parliament. We publish the Health for the Unhealthy podcast every week, and are active in both traditional and social media. For several years, we have been collaborating with the opinion leader Henrik Jönsson, which has resulted in the talk show 100%

We operate in Stockholm and Brussels.

About the practice

As an intern with us at EPHI, you will work in our office in Stockholm. Examples of tasks include producing research for reports, debate articles and podcasts, composing newsletters and working with our social media. In addition to this, there are good opportunities to adapt the tasks according to your interests and characteristics.

You must be enrolled at a university or college where you are eligible for student finance during the traineeship. The duration of the traineeship is one semester and corresponds to full-time studies.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for people who have started a university degree in, for example, political science, social studies, economics, media and communication, journalism or marketing.

We would like you to have an interest in politics and communication. You should have a good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in day-to-day activities.

You are welcome to send your application with CV and personal letter no later than October 12 to nicolina.soderqvist@ephi.se. We call for interviews on a regular basis.
