Marie Söderqvist

CEO of EPHI

Marie Söderqvist is a Board member of the Free Enterprise Foundation and Timbro, Sweden's largest liberal think tank. Former board member of a Swedish Classic which runs Sweden's largest outdoor races - Vasaloppet, Vansbrosimmet, Lidingöloppet and Vätternrundan. Marie Söderqvist was the Federal Director of the Swedish Food Industry, which is the employers' organization for everyone who produces food and drink in Sweden. Marie Söderqvist founded the analysis company United Minds, which was later acquired by Prime PR, where Marie was then co-owner and partner for a decade. Marie Söderqvist has been an editorial writer for Svenska Dagbladet, a columnist for Expressen and has written several books. Marie Söderqvist is also the executive producer of several major Youtube productions.

Erik Persson

Erik Persson

Responsible for EPHI activities in Brussels

Erik has been stationed in Brussels in recent years where he has worked with political advocacy work towards the EU institutions. Erik has, among other things, worked to develop collaborations with think tanks and interest organizations in the field of sustainability. He has previously been a partner at the PA agency The Labyrinth in Stockholm, where he mainly worked with advising organizations on issues at the interface between politics and sustainability. He has also been deputy CEO of the industry organization Kontakta, as well as a staff member at the Moderate Party's parliamentary office.
